These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Flight Photography, including our drone videography and photography services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
- Flight Photography offers professional drone videography and photography services for events, commercial projects, and other purposes.
- Each project’s scope will be outlined in a written agreement or contract.
2. Bookings and Payments
- A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a [deposit/full payment] as specified in the project agreement.
- Payments must be made via [Payment Methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card].
- Cancellation policies:
- Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% off total fee.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for filming, including property access, location permits, and permissions for individuals appearing in the footage.
- The client must ensure the filming location complies with applicable UK aviation and safety laws.
4. Drone Operation
- Drone operations are subject to UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
- Flight Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to weather, safety concerns, or legal restrictions.
- No-fly zones, airspace restrictions, or adverse weather conditions may limit the scope of services.
5. Intellectual Property
- Unless otherwise agreed, all raw footage and images remain the property of Flight Photography.
- Final edited deliverables are licensed to the client for the agreed-upon purposes.
- Flight Photography reserves the right to use non-confidential footage for marketing and promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited in writing by the client.
6. Liability
- Flight Photography will not be held liable for:
- Delays or cancellations due to adverse weather, equipment failure, or regulatory restrictions.
- Loss or damage to property or individuals unless caused by our negligence.
- The client agrees to indemnify Flight Photography against any third-party claims arising from the use of footage or unauthorised actions during filming.
7. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made thereafter.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
